Currently seeking funding opportunities

26th January, 2022

Throughout 2022 we will be applying to various schemes to gain funding and greatly expand the Big TMS Data Collaboration. At present, our database mostly contains electrophysiological data (motor evoked potentials), and patient (e.g. age, sex) and methods data (e.g. machine type, stimulus intensity, target muscle,) which we published on in our first two papers. Our aim is to expand our database to include symptom, neuroimaging, and neuronavigation data, to name a few!

New Big TMS Data study of posttraumatic stress disorder

19th January, 2022

Following the publications of our first Big TMS Data studies in 2021, we are excited to be now embarking on our first clinical Big TMS Data study.

This will be a study of the clinical response to TMS in posttraumatic stress disorder (PTSD). As with previous studies, we seek to combine de-identified, individual participant data from existing published clinical trials of TMS in PTSD. We planning to examine all modes of TMS, including conventional repetitive TMS (rTMS) and theta burst stimulation (TBS).
